GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- Booking and Cancellation of tickets can be done online
- Change of seat number and date of journey can be done without any additional charges by sending email to hptdc@hptdc.in
- Tickets can be booked upto 2 hours prior to bus scheduled departure of the bus.
- The arrival and departure of the bus will depend upon the condition of roads, weather and the natural calamity.
- Travelling without ticket is offence.
- Passenger is himself responsible for his luggage.
- Tickets are generated only after completion of transaction. HPTDC will not be responsible for any incomplete transaction.
- Passengers failing to produce a ticket are liable to pay the Standard Fare and claims for refunds in such cases will not be entertained.
- Customers Tickets are not transferable and do not confer any priority upon the holder over passengers.
- HPTDC has full rights to change Bus fares/ cancellation rules any time depending on the Rules and Regulations.
- Children below the age of 4 years are allowed free without separate seat.
CANCELLATION OF TICKET(S) :
- Partial Cancellation for the seats booked online can be done online.
- No refund will be made for cancellations within 12 hours of departure time of the bus.
- An amount of 50% of fare will be deducted in case the cancellation of tickets is upto 12-24 hours to the departure of bus.
- An amount of 25% of fare will be deducted in case the cancellation of tickets is more than 24 hours to the departure of bus.
- In case of failure of Air Conditioner in AC Premium Coach, the difference of fare of AC & Non AC will be reimbursed to the party.
